After that copied all the files from c:\xampp\mysql\backup to c:\xampp\mysql\data step 3 Restarted mysql and checked the phpmyadmin url, it worked After that stopped mysql and copied ibdata1 file from backup location to c. 14 to enable zip.dll download php_zip.dll download it from here extract php_zip.dll to c:\xampp\php\ext edit php.ini and add a new line extension=php_zip.dll restart apache this should enable the zip module for you.
